Our mission statement – communication agency Creative Words

It is important to us to provide honest, realistic and professional advice to our customers. For us, this also includes the areas of working methods and communication within the company and to the outside world. Therefore, our mission statement covers these points and gives an insight into our strategy and values. It is important to us that our corporate mission statement is not just a static matter, but that it is consistently lived out and developed further together with our employees in the coming years. In the next five years up to December 2025, we want to become an even more family-friendly employer with a pioneering role and consistently develop our sales.

Establishment of the Agency

Founded by a trained media practitioner, the name Creative Words has been synonymous with reliable, future-proof and holistic Internet solutions and individual solutions from the very beginning. As a communication agency with a focus on “Public Relations & Social Media Concept”, we advise and train clients and support them in the implementation of their communication measures.

We as an employer

Ever since the agency was founded, it has been our aim to “take our employees by the hand”, to communicate comprehensibly and to highlight individualities without specialist jargon. Our aim is to be a reliable partner for our employees. Through individual interviews, employee surveys and observations, we keep an eye on the corporate culture in the company. Thanks to the insights of our employees who are active in customer dialogue, we can target-oriented responses to changing market conditions or identify emerging trends in the communications industry at an early stage, integrate them into ongoing processes or stifle emerging problems at an early stage, which helps employees identify with the company. To this end, we use state-of-the-art technologies or communication tools and develop appropriate measures for our customers. We support new employees via a buddy program and thus create a team togetherness.

In the coming years, we want to shape and further develop our work and the daily lives of our employees in a joint project.

How we work

Current trends, proven market knowledge and proven models from practice flow into our work. This is the only way we can achieve our goal – an individual and good customer service – and consistently continue to do so. Developments (e. g. global pandemic events) can influence product and company developments and are therefore constantly optimized and adapted to meet the increasing demands of our users. The aim is to develop our satisfied customers increasingly into ambassadors of the company.

Customers who are satisfied are also loyal and repeatedly consume the services. Our agency includes long-term clients. It is important to continuously address and retain loyal customers, for example by means of targeted personalised email campaigns. Loyal customers are ambassadors and important multipliers for us. For us, this is done e. g. via social media channels or as a testimonial in the B2B environment.

Personal responsibility and creativity shape the image of our agency both internally and externally. The quality of our service meets the highest demands in terms of system stability, cost-effectiveness, safety, attractiveness and ease of use. Requirements from our customers are integrated into the task in order to achieve a thorough and individual analysis and thus the best possible result. We question our offers and services in the course of customer or project cooperation. By means of consistent process management, processes can be optimized and adapted – similar to a quality management system. We see ourselves as a flexible company that is able to respond successfully to industry-relevant needs.

Ethics, Environment, Sustainability and Social Coexistence

As a modern and future-oriented agency, it is important for us to think about the future. Environmental awareness in the company fleet and in energy generation are just as important to us (up to 2022), as the most recent implementation (2020) of a 98% paperless office. In addition, the equal rights and equal treatment of all employees is very important and self-evident to us. Even in times of crisis, we strive to be a reliable and competent partner and employer, supporting our employees and ensuring security and stability.

Transparency & comprehensibility

People, not technology, are the focus of our attention and action. Technical functionality is important here. All our developments and solutions follow these values, taking the needs of the users and the company’s objectives as the starting point.

Work Life Balance

Work Life Balance is important to us. That is why we moved early on to flexible working time models. Part-time work, working hours adapted to the current (family) situation and mobile working are just as important to us as the ability of our employees to engage in social work. Because: only satisfied employees act successfully and commit themselves with commitment. As a company, we are open to suggestions and impulses from our employees to achieve the best possible balance between work and private life (e. g. lifetime working time account, part-time work, mobile work). Solutions to maintain the health and work force as well as the learning and performance capacity of our employees are also important to us (e. g. by promoting memberships in the sports club). Thanks to this hybrid working method, we are well positioned even during times of crisis and pandemic – from a company’s point of view as well as from an employee’s point of view.
